Before the services can begin, we come over to you meeting you and your beloved pet. We show you our training credentials, the insurance documentation and the vehicle. We do have documentation which needs to be signed before the walks can begin.

We will automatically walk the dog on a long line and the dogs own recall will be assessed by ourselves. All the dogs we walk have their yearly vaccinations done. This also includes fleas, ticks and worming treatments. Once the new dog has settled into it's schedule weekly walks we will slowly introduce to all the other dogs we walk. We can then offer you the additional services on your own request.

We offer flexibility for everyone knowing we can change the walking groups accordingly. This is possible because we have slowly introduced together all the dogs, allowing any additional walks on request. This also includes the other services, exclusive for the weekly customers.

We offer the other services on ad-hoc basis when required. All available for the weekly customers within the socialisation walks.

We don't charge you if you need to cancel your walk. We do communicate with everyone the day before. If a walk is cancelled we will offer you a different time slot or alternative day if possible.
